2. Custom Designs & Artwork

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to any artwork, images, or text submitted for customization.

• The Company is not liable for copyright, trademark, or intellectual‑property violations arising from customer‑submitted designs.

• The Company reserves the right to refuse any design that is unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate.

Product Quality & Variations

• All transfers are produced using professional equipment and materials.

• Final results may vary depending on the customer’s fabric, application method, heat press/iron settings, and skill level.

• Colors may appear differently due to screen variations, material differences, and printing processes.

• The Company does not guarantee exact color matching or identical results across different items.

 

4. Application & Usage

• Instructions for applying transfers are provided, but results depend on the customer’s equipment and technique.

• The Company is not responsible for damage to garments, fabrics, or equipment caused by improper application, excessive heat, or incompatible materials.

• Customers are responsible for testing materials before full application.

 

5. Orders & Processing Time

• Processing times vary based on order size, design complexity, and current workload.

• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

• Once production begins, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.

 

6. Pricing & Payment
