Refund Policy & Legal Disclaimer for Iron‑On Transfer Products

Refund Disclaimer

All iron‑on transfers, heat‑transfer vinyl (HTV) designs, sublimation prints, and customized items provided by Transfers by AJ (The Company)  are made to order. Because these products are custom and cannot be resold, all sales are final.

The Company does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Incorrect application of transfers

• Damage caused by heat presses, irons, or other equipment

• Incompatible fabrics or materials

• Color variations due to screen differences or printing processes

• Customer‑provided artwork that prints differently than expected

• Mistakes in customer‑submitted names, dates, or design details

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their garment or material is suitable for heat‑based transfer application and for following all provided instructions. The Company is not liable for any damage resulting from improper application, excessive heat, insufficient pressure, or use on incompatible materials.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases where the product arrives defective due to a manufacturing error. In such cases, the customer must notify the Company within 15 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue for review. The Company reserves the right to determine whether a replacement or partial refund is appropriate.

By purchasing from the Company, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy and disclaimer.
